Abel was appointed Head of Franchising & Field Services for McDonald’s UK in 2016, following a successful 20-year career with the brand spanning operations and franchising.


He joined the business in 1995, progressing from a local restaurant team to overseeing a number of restaurants as a consultant in the region.

Linzi Boyd is a serial entrepreneur, international speaker and author of the best-selling book ‘Brand Famous: How to get everyone talking about your business’.


Her third business, the Surgery Group – a full service communication agency specialising in lifestyle brands – has earned a stellar reputation for elevating some of the country’s most famous high street names.


By the age of 24, Linzi had founded and sold two successful businesses, setting the tone for her future career.


Today, as founder of The BoB Group and Midas, she works in the enterprise market, taking company owners on a journey to grow, fund and exit their business. The BoB School teaches early-stage entrepreneurs how to create a famous brand and get ready for funding.
