Dedicated KCS van driver Brian Trott has been visiting schools for over 44 years.
At KCS Education we’re incredibly fortunate to have our own fleet of vans and dedicated drivers that offer a premium service to our customers based in Kent and the surrounding area. In this edition of the KCS Coffee break we pay homage to one of our own Brian Trott.
August 1977 was the month that Brian started his career as a KCS van driver, delivering to Schools and Nurseries their orders, providing excellent customer care and starting to build lasting and strong relationships with the key staff members in the schools that he visits each day.
Brian currently delivers in the Bromley area, visiting on average 50 establishments per day.
Brian, after 44 years wonderful service to KCS, is very focused on looking after his customers. Customers often, and enthusiastically state how much they value Brian! Some schools have even been known to provide him with freshly baked biscuits from time to time :)
A fun fact: Brian used to have a black Labrador called Sam. Their ritual each evening was for Brian to give Sam a bowl of hot chocolate and Bailey’s. When it got to 8.30, if Sam hadn’t got his nightly tipple by then, he used to pick his bowl up and bring it in to Brian to remind him it was time for his evening drink! Of course, Brian doesn’t recommend this particular drink to other dogs, but Sam loved it!
