This period usually only lasts a short while and often it doesn’t take a huge amount to bring someone back from that decision - something as sim­ ple as asking,‘Are you ok?’can be enough to move someone out of suicidal crisis. It can be daunting and diffi­ cult, but if you are struggling to cope, for whatever reason, or are worried about someone, please reach out, whether it’s to ask someone how they are, or let someone know you need help.
