POLICE are appealing for information following a spate of “bogus official” burglaries
across East Lancashire. -- In the past three weeks there
have been at least sk different in cidents, including one in Whalley, and others in Darwen, Blackburn, Accrington and Burnley, in which elderly victims have been targeted. Generally speaking, the victims
