VAUXHALL, with the support of its parent company. General Motors, is a keen supporter of the country’s automotive sector turn­ around and is going from strength to strength with a strong portfolio


of achievements. As a member of the Automotive


Council and its Supply Group, Vaux­ hall endeavours to lead by example and has now hit well ahead of sched­ ule the 200m euro target of new UK supply contracts originally set to be achievedby the end of 2011. Those supply contracts ensure an


additional 40m euro spent per year with UK suppliers and correspond to an overall increase of 15% in the company’s UK sourcing. Parts thus resourced to the UK
