a t 6.58% butterfat and 4% protein, is a relatively new venture having been estab­ lished by the Macalpines to replace their Holstein herd when restocking after Foot and Mouth Disease. The open day will also


feature a series of discus­ sions led by the M a c a lp in e ’s milk buyer, Jim Dickinson, of Longley Farm, who will focus on his requirements as a proces­ sor.
