Conditions put on building
CONDITIONS have now been placed on a planning application for an agricultural building in
Chipping.Members of Ribble Valley Borough Council’s Planning and Development Committee had previously approved the timber-framed agricultural stor- age/stock building at Cuthbert Hill Farm, Garstang Road, Chipping. Councillors have now agreed that a
plan indicating the proposed vehicular access to and from the building and dwelling should be submitted and
approved.
They also want to see details of land scaping submitted and carried out in the first planting season following the use of the development, including the replacement of any trees or shrubs which are removed, damaged, die or become seriously diseased.
