This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive and rapidly expanding business. Tne Group turnover which Ts in excess of £20 million,


manufactures high quality, high volume components for a wide range of customers, particularly in tne automotive and domestic appliance industnes.


Reporting to the Foundry Manager, you will be responsible for a group of 4-5 machines. Whilst our production targets are high, you will be expected not only to achieve them, but exceed them. This is a key role in the foundry production department, requiring considerable engineering and


organisational skills. There will be a training period given and no diecasting experience is required.


You should be a graduate and/or time served engineer. You will have at least three years experience of high volume production. These positions offer the hands-on experience required by graduate engineers in preparation for senior management within the Group. Excellent prospects exist for such promotion within the Group for engineers with this necessary ability.


In return we otter a salary package of £23,000 plus the opportunity to join a Group where career prospects are excellent and whose policy wherever possible is to promote from within.
