really affordable on a regular basis. Let’s be honest; champagne is expensive. It is pro
duced by a long, labour-intensive process, in a region of great tradition, and commands a high price based on a reputation built up since Dom Perignon’s time. However, before you give up hope of being able to
shut your eyes anti imagine yourself on the centre court, there are now so many excellent and inexpen sive alternatives to champagne that you can now pamper yourself whenever the fancy takes you. The sparkle in champagne is formed by fermenting
