1. BILINGUAL OUTREACH OFFICER (TEAM LEADER) JOB SHARE
Due to staff movement, we need to replace one Outreach Project Team Leader with two Outreach Officers/Office Administrators on a Job Share basis, both working under the direction of the Youth/Adult Co-ordinator.
The Officers will be responsible for raising awareness amongst East Lancashire Minority Ethnic Communities of opportunities available to them through further education, training and enterprise provision and to improve take-up levels within programmes.
2. BILINGUAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER JOB SHARE
Due to staff movement, we need to replace one Bilingual Business Development Officer with two Development Officers on a Job-Share basis, both working under the direction of the Strategic
Business Co-ordinator.
The Officers will be responsible for raising awareness amongst East Lancashire Minority Ethnic Communities of opportunities available to unemployed people, those seeking self-employment, . the small business sector and women's groups who wish to start their own business.
The positions require a thorough knowledge of the demographic make-up of East Lancashire Towns and a high level of understanding of local cultures. Excellent communicadon skills are required, and the ability to communicate in a relevant Asian Language is desirable. Previous business experience would also be an advantage.
A competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with the background and experience of the successful applicant, will be available. The minimum number of working hours per week per job share is expected to be 20 hours.
EITEC will shortly be moving to Clayton-le-Moors.

SERVICE RECEPTIONIST
We have a vacancy for a Full Time EXPERIENCED SERVICE RECEPTIONIST.
He/She must have Motor Trade experience preferably in Service reception of a quality motor franchise. He/She must be aged between 20-35 and have excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will show a high degree of professionalism and ability to be able to offer a service second to none. A Kalamazoo computer system is in operation and is a key part of the position. Knowledge of BS5750 is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
To reinforce our commitment in this vital area of our business we will of course offer excellent wages with the opportunity/to earn departmental bonus.
The hours are 8-00 a.m. - 5-00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8-00 a.m. - 4-00 p.m. Friday. A-Saturday morning rota is also in operation.
