by the Lancashire College of Agriculture and Horti­ cul ture . was the first in C'litheroe to la- targeted at that age group. Tradition­ ally. classes taught in the P a r i s h Hal l h av e been a im e d a t 17, I s an d 19-year-olds.


The course has been so successful that 12 partici­
