As a member of our tele-sales team, you would'be responsible for providing an outstanding personal and friendly service to our many thousands of cus­ tomers who book their holidays with us over the telephone. Although previous relevant experience would be an advantage, it is not essential as we provide compre­ hensive off the job training in our modem training centre.
