AFTER returning home following a night out with friends, Kevin Patrick Martin decided he was hungry and drove round Clitheroe to get some food, the town’s magis trates heard.

Proposals to reduce village traffic
LANCASHIRE County Council is to consult the residents of Ribchester about plans to reduce the amount of traffic in the village. Discussions are also taking place between the
county surveyor, the Chief Constable and the Ribble Valley Council.
