NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1971
COUNCIL (FOOTPATH No. 9 WEST BRADFORD)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER
The above named Order (hereinafter referred to as “ the Order") was made on the 0th day of February. 1988 and is about to be submitted to the Secre tary of State for the Environment for confirmation or to be confirmed by the Ribble Valley Borough Council as an unopposed Order. The effect of the order, if confirmed without modifica tion. will be to divert that portion of footpath No. 9 from Point C where it enters the grounds of Dove Skye on the enclosed map to the Order in a south easterly direction for approxi mately 150 metros to Point O on its originat route.
A copy of the Order and map con tained in it have been deposited at
the Chief Executive and Town Clerk's Office. Ribble Valley Borough Council. Council Offices. Church Walk. Clith- eroe and may be inspected free of charge between normal office hours.
Any representation or objection with respect to the Order may be sent in writing to the Chief Executive and Town Clerk. Council Offices, Church Walk. Clitheroe. Lancashire BB7 2RA within 28 days from the publication of this notice and should state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made or it any so made are with drawn the Ribble Valley Borough Council may. instead ot submitting the Order to the Secretary of Stale lor the Environment for confirmation, them selves confirm the Order as a non-op- posed Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections which have been duly made and not with drawn will be sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment with the Order.
