AN 87-year-old Chatburn motorist was disqualified by Clitheroe magistrates until she passes a driving | test.Margaret Bolton, Fairfield House, Chat­ burn, admitted driving without clue care and at­ ten tio n on Chatburn Road, Clitheroe. The court heard that


the defendant had been driving her Peugeot car behind a sports car from Clitheroe towards Chat­ burn. The other driver signalled to turn right, moved towards the centre of the road and started to turn. The defendant, how­ ever, overtook and there was a collision.
