test.Margaret Bolton, Fairfield House, Chat burn, admitted driving without clue care and at ten tio n on Chatburn Road, Clitheroe. The court heard that
the defendant had been driving her Peugeot car behind a sports car from Clitheroe towards Chat burn. The other driver signalled to turn right, moved towards the centre of the road and started to turn. The defendant, how ever, overtook and there was a collision.
