THE final phase , of Clitheroe’s Salthill indust­ rial, estate project — a road'connecting Upbrooks with the Pimlico .link road — is now in sight.


Council’s Development Sub-Committee approved an application from the council to complete, the vital artery which will help clear heavy vehicles from the town centre. The £450,000 project is being financed on a 50-50 basis by Ribble Vailey- and the county council:
