THE Great Harwood Bowling League has re­ sumed its activites with two divisions of 12 teams each. In th e opening games


Clitheroe Castle notched the biggest Division One win by beating Globe 9-1. The reigning champions, Springhill, had to struggle against Ribblesdale each having four winners but Springhill taking the aggregate to win 6-4. Springhill crashed to a 10-0
