School link plan is welcomed


GOVERNORS of Norden High School, Rishton, have welcomed plans for a link with the proposed W h i te a c re Boarding Hostel.


School at Barrow is due to close next summer. The building will then become a boarding hostel for 120 boys and girls who were originally intended to attend a local school — probably Ribblesdale.
