P.C. Craig was called to a domestic disturbance at Watson's home. Watson was drunk, he had broken several glasses and refused to leave the house. After further argument Watson went into Kayley Lane, and was again told to be quiet. He then went into Downham Road where he continued to shout, and was arrested.
