Are you shocked at the idea ? Then why offer Beatle services to attract youth . T have shouted for the Beatles, but I have not screamed. I have bought a few of thci records, but I have not sent them jelly babies or cried when they left this country for France
and America. In short I like the Beatles, but I do not worship them, as
apparently do many many teenagers at home and abroad. Perhaps worship may sound a
strong word to you, but have you ever been caught up in a seething mass of screaming, sobbing, clutch ing girls? They cry, they
repeat the four names, they gladly suffer any bodily injury to get one step nearer to the four boys who arc surely Gods to them,

The religion of pop singer wor ship and the religion of wor shipping God do not seem to have much in common, and do not mix. Just think for example of falling down and praying at a Twist’n’Shake Ball, or of turning on a transistor in the middle of a hymn in church.

Let them mature, and begin to fear death as they grow older, and begin to get an interest in the inevitable mothers unions and mens clubs and the like,- and then and only then, will they begin to drift
