Food expert Chris Bavin has been a familiar face on our televisions for more than a decade. This September he’ll be at the helm of the Great Malvern Cake Off Theatre at the Malvern Autumn Show.


There are just a few weeks to go before Malvern Autumn Show, and Chris Bavin can’t wait. The TV presenter, food expert and healthy eating advocate will be returning to the Three Counties Showground from September 25 and 27 to host The Great Malvern Cake Off Theatre.


During these three days he will oversee live baking demonstrations, question and answer sessions and fun competitions, including technical challenges and race- against-the-clock bake-offs. He’ll also host demonstrations from individuals whose love of rustling up fabulous cakes has made them household names.


All in all, the event promises to be a lot of fun, but underpinning it is the hope that exposure to passionate bakers and artisan producers will encourage more people to cook from scratch and make a point of buying quality food and drink from Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
