I haven’t always painted animals; however, I’ve always loved the idea of making an animal appear in my space. Turning a blank canvas into a portal, a moment in time, a way to freeze and capture nature. As a very young artist, and someone who is just starting their career, I have a long way to go. However, with my head start and willingness to learn, grow, and take chances. I believe I will succeed in becoming the artist my younger self could only dream of.”

“I received an artist submission a
couple months ago, and I
rejected it, not based on talent, but subject matter. I did however say a lot of encouraging things and admiration for his art.” “He came into the gallery a
month later to introduce himself and there in front of me stood a 17-year-old artist (who has subsequently turned 18) who I think is out of this world talented.” “I told him immediately
that I wanted to support him and showcase his great talent.”
