MOVERS & SHAKERS

Change and growth are an essential part of the Design Centre’s DNA: here are the showrooms that have recently expanded, relocated, renamed or had significant changes

PORADA First Floor, South Dome One of the leading names in Italian furniture design, Porada’s business success at the Design Centre has prompted a move to a new space that’s double the size of its previous showroom. The relocation – just across from its former South Dome location – aligns the London showroom with the design of other global flagships, presenting ‘Porada House’, with formal roomsets separated by curtains and partitions, bringing a sense of discovery to every visit. Boldly scaled new furniture will also feature, including two ‘Koji’ sofas (pictured) from the 2025 collection.

TURNSTYLE DESIGNS Second Floor, South Dome Making the move from Design Centre East, hardware specialist Turnstyle Designs is now in the South Dome. The larger location means visitors can see more of its handcrafted hardware and signature finishes, with a dedicated central space to create moodboards and showcase ideas. Turnstyle supplies projects in more than 50 countries worldwide, and is a certified B Corporation.
