Alongside your core services, what capabilities will the new, purpose-built facility have? It’s a fully GMP-compliant depot with temperature-controlled storage, including controlled room temperature (15–25°C), refrigerated (2–8°C), frozen (-20°C) deep frozen (-70°C) and cryogenic temperature (-185°C). In addition, QP services, IOR, customs brokerage services and clinical packaging are offered under the same integrated project management approach that Yourway thrives to provide in order to facilitate the execution of global and local clinical studies.
What sort of changes do you anticipate in the European market over the next few years? And how will your new facility help you respond to them? We are seeing more and more studies being conducted in EU countries for all kinds of indications, including more personalised medicines that are being developed specifically for each individual patients.

How does Yourway support the industry-wide shift towards virtual and home-based trials? Our services and solutions are truly patient-centric. We support many studies in which nurses go to the patients’ homes, and we actually arrive there in tandem with the nurse. We meet with the nurse in front of the patient's home and do the transfer of the IP prior to the
nurse’s visit. We strive to create a true virtual hospital experience. If it is a visit that has collection of biological samples, we have our messenger there waiting with the labelled, temperature-controlled boxes, whether it is one sample to be taken to one lab at one temperature or multiple samples going to multiple labs at different temperatures.
What sets you apart from other clinical services providers? First, Yourway’s unique and completely integrated services. Clients would have to reach out to different providers to obtain all the services we provide. As a result, we offer shorter onboarding timelines and faster completion of the services we provide. And second, Yourway has a reputation for being able to get to destinations that other providers have difficulty getting to efficiently, while also maintaining the required temperature of materials and meeting the complexity of regulatory compliance globally. We are able to execute trials in extraordinarily complex environments with reliable access.
For example, during the pandemic we were able to provide uninterrupted service. Case in point: In India, we had trials running even though the entire airspace was closed at one point. Even now in Ukraine we are continuously providing the delivery of investigational products to patients there.
What does the future hold for Yourway? Yourway will continue to expand our global footprint and our portfolio of services with continued focus on quality and regulatory compliance with the ultimate goal of providing more reliable services to enable the efficient execution of clinical studies globally. Plans include the opening of a state-of-art hospital fully dedicated to phase I clinical trials.
