We’re looking for passionate, enthusiastic and tenacious individuals to be part of Operation Bluestone. We have a range of opportunities on offer for Police Constables, Detective Constables, PCs aspiring to become trainee detectives and Detective Sergeants.

Operation Bluestone is a new, evidence-based approach, aimed at transforming how police respond to rape and sexual assault. As part of Avon and Somerset Police’s Operation Bluestone you will be joining a team dedicated to improving the way we approach rape and sexual assault investigations, by taking a suspect-focused approach, disrupting repeat offenders and ensuring victims are supported throughout their reporting journey. As part of the team you will receive specialist support and insight-led training, designed to improve our response to victims.
