A little bit about us …..


We have been providing the very best in printers and photocopiers to schools and businesses in the South West since 1953. We are not some huge faceless corporation, we are a team of dedicated local people, committed to finding the best document management solution for you.


Maurice & Helen Smith successfully ran Lanier South West until 2000 when their son, Calum, took over. Calum had joined the business as an Apprentice Engineer in 1986 and worked his way up through the company to Managing Director when he succeeded his parents.


Following in his parents footsteps, in terms of the partnership approach to the business, Calum’s wife Shelly joined the company in 2003. Since then, this husband and wife team have built on the solid foundations that Calum’s parents laid down, and successfully expanded the business into its current incarnation.


Today, we still operate with those same traditional values, under the direction of the next Smith family generation, whilst utilising all the contemporary technology available to us.
