Reconstruction of Issyk-Kul Road at a Section of Korumdu-Balbay Project. To upgrade and widen an 80 km section of the Balykchy-Karakol-Balykchy Ring Road, which serves 17 urban and semi-urban settlements populated by circa 700,000 people. This will boost connectivity and economic opportunities, particularly in tourism, and improve living conditions.

Integrated Growth Poles Energy Access Enhancement Project. To install solar nano-networks, power lines and street lighting in isolated communities in the Diana and Atsimo-Andrefana regions. In addition, the project will improve 43 km of roads and tourist sites on the small island of Sainte-Marie.


Kenya US$20m


Samatar – Wajir Road Project. To upgrade the 90 km Samatar – Wajir Road, a part of the North and North-Eastern Development Initiative Program to increase regional connectivity, enhance trade and improve the socio- economic welfare of about 1.6 million people.

Hubei Vocational Education Project. To expand and renovate the campus of Xianning Vocational and Technical College. More than 40,000 students, professionals and other workers per year are expected to benefit from the project.
