The Great Lisbon Farmers Feed the Hungry Christmas Parade started in 2011 and was spearheaded by Lambert Cissel and Eli- sha Harrison Iager. The parade is now organized by a committee and operates under the umbrella of the Howard County Farm Bureau. This year’s parade had over 100 horses as well as many tractors and classic cars. Since 2011, the parade has raised over $150,000 for the Howard and Carroll County Food banks, Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry, and the Lisbon Volunteer Fire Company.
