RhythmFit is perfect for anyone seeking an alternative option to a boot camp class or simply enjoys dancing. Fitness moves include squats, lunges and HIIT cardio to get your heart pumping but don’t worry the dance breaks, playlist and the high energy instructor will keep it fun. Full Body Fitness | Fee: $40/4 Weeks


The focus of this boot camp is flexibility, stamina and strength. The program combines cardiovascular and strength training exercises in a regimented form using kick boxing, aerobics and calisthenics to burn fat and lose weight. Exercises are conducted using body weight and equipment including battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells and much more. Participants will develop a positive fitness relationship to make a healthy lifestyle change. Be prepared to amaze yourself as you will find this is the toughest boot camp you’ll ever love. This class is designed for ALL levels of fitness. Mats are required and must be provided by participant. Dumbbells optional.

Aqua Fit Is a water exercise program that offers low impact, gentle on the joints and muscles in shallow water. This class focuses on improving muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, range of motion and endurance. Although it is a recreational group exercise program, this class serves as a tool to take care of one’s health and wellbeing while improving performance with activities of daily living. Come to class dressed and ready for the pool: swimsuit, water shoes (encouraged), towel, water bottle. Participants should consult with their physician first. Similar to Aqua Fit, Aqua Fit Plus focuses on moderate cardio workout, strength training, flexibility, coordination, and balance exercises.
