Who will be my Wedding Coordinator and how can we contact them during our planning process?

Your Wedding Coordinator will be confirmed to you 6 months prior to your wedding. While we do endeavour to give you the same point of contact during the planning period, if there are any changes we will notify you as soon as possible.

Is our coordinator there on the day too?

Your wedding coordinator will be present on the day and you will also have a dedicated Banqueting Manager to whom you will be introduced prior to your event.

Is there a payment schedule for our Wedding?

To confirm your wedding with us we require a £1500 non-refundable deposit. A payment schedule is then sent to you on confirmation. The payment schedule includes a 6-month prior instalment and the final balance due 1 month before your special day. Should your confirmation fall within six months of your wedding date, a deposit of £4000 will be required.

When are final details and numbers needed for our wedding?

You will both be invited to attend a Wedding Consultation with your Wedding Coordinator on a mutually agreeable date 2 months prior to your wedding where your day is gone through in detail. The majority of your final details are required on this date but your final numbers can be specified up to one month prior to your wedding date.

How do I arrange our wedding Ceremony?

While we are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies, these must be organised by you with our local register office, Beaconsfield. They work Monday – Friday 9.30-4.30 and can be contacted on 01494 475205 to arrange your ceremony time. If you are looking at alternative ceremony options, we can also do humanist services, as well as blessings.

From what time do I have access, prior to our wedding?

Access is guaranteed from 10am on the day of your wedding. Where possible we will notify you of the possibility of earlier access but this will be confirmed to you the week prior to your special day.
