Personal Care is for residents who desire to live as independently as possible but require some extra help with day-to-day activities, including nursing oversight and management of physical, social, spiritual, and emotional needs.


Healthcare includes 24-hour care under the direction of a physician should the need arise. All rooms are conveniently located near community areas, dining rooms, and rehabilitation centers.


Memory Care nurtures residents with memory loss with individual programming by a specially trained team.


Rehabilitation Services offers physical, occupational, and speech therapies that are conveniently available on the campus of Landis Homes.


Landis at Home is a licensed home care agency offering a variety of support services to persons in their homes on campus or within a 15-mile radius.


Landis Adult Day Center offers a warm and welcoming environment that includes meals, medication management, personal care, therapies, and a variety of engaging activities.


Support Groups are available for grief, memory loss, Parkinson’s disease, and more.
