The layout of the AB7 provides an improved fi t in the driving position, with elastic shoulder straps off ering a wide range of adjustability for all body types. The internal padding is made from highly shock-absorbent foam that disperses impact energy and vibrations, reducing driver fatigue. A quick and easy front-closure system allows the rib protector to be worn and adjusted while seated in the kart. Combining the winning formula of the BUMPER with the high stiff ness, tensile strength, and low weight of carbon fi ber, this model delivers superior protection and comfort. Its composite fi berglass and carbon fi ber shell provides maximum impact
resistance with reduced weight and excellent wearability. The updated foam padding off ers a soft, smooth feel while remaining highly impact-resistant; made from a light, thin, breathable material, it is designed to withstand vibrations and repeated impacts, instantly relieving pressure on contact and absorbing up to 90% of the energy in high-speed impacts. The rear internal framework is made from Texon 480, covered with a soft perforated fabric, and includes padding in 5mm closed-cell foam.
