These high-performance racing shoes off er a blend of superior comfort and precision engineering. Crafted with a K-Leather upper and a thermo-formed heel cup, they provide secure heel lockdown and exceptional forefoot comfort. The new knitted stretch tongue and heel pull tab ensure easy entry. The rubber outsole features an asymmetric tread for maximum grip, and it's water-repelling and oil-resistant, ensuring top-notch traction. The main upper material, lightweight Kangaroo leather, off ers a superb fi t. The Achilles zone construction employs a soft, cushioned knit without seams, enhancing driver comfort. The dual closure system combines a speed lacing system and adjustable ankle strap for a personalized fi t and secure closure. Additionally, they come with standard laces in the box. Features include strategically positioned perforation zones, revised fl at wire support system, softer heel cushioning pad, para-aramidic tubular lining construction for heat-resistance and comfort, and a Formula 1-derived thin rubber outsole with a textured pattern. Featuring a full bovine leather construction, the shoe boasts a cut away section at the heel to allow movement while operating the pedals with no pressure points while driving. Every aspect of the shoe has been carefully considered to keep weight as low as possible; the hook and loop strap is a single layer for added lightness, while also ensuring there is no pressure point on the instep, and the classic lace closure system features hidden loops on the lateral and medial to guarantee a snug but unrestrictive fi t. The all-new rubber sole, which mimics an asymmetric tire tread, is water repelling and oil resistant to off er high levels of grip and thicker for enhanced levels of comfort in and out of the car, while the midsole off ers reassuring levels of cushioning. Other neat touches include an outer toe protector for comfort and durability, and a Nomex® lining to protect the entire foot against heat.
