who have given us moral support, and especially the faith our God has supplied to us. We owe our success to that, along with our hard work, dedication and an awesome team that works side by side with us. I am so grateful to be working in an industry that I absolutely love and that still captivates me. We have come a long way in the last 45 years; we have created atmospheres of fun while maintaining high standards of safety. It is easy to give back to an industry that has given so much to each of us. These last few years, in which we have struggled with our foreign labor issues, have united us as Showmen more than ever. It has made the OABA more viable and necessary than in the past. They are our front line of defense, striving to keep our industry from extinction. I hope I have achieved that in a small way by my fundraising efforts. Like it or not, nothing happens without money. So, it is so vital that we support the OABA, “The show must go on!” I trust that patronage for the OABA will contin- ue strongly under my leadership so that they can continue to fight for us, in unity, as one.
