ORION 200i2 Pulse Welder


An advanced precision machine with a power potential of 0.01–200W. This highly versatile machine enables you to control and customise every aspect, including both Pulse-Arc and Tack welding capabilities, and the option to save over 1000 settings of your own. New and exclusive to the 200i2 is the Pico Weld mode, which enables you to perform 0.01ws microscopic weld joints, and Seam mode, which achieves laser welding precision with up to 30 welds per second. Adaptive Weld Ignition and MyWeld Management Intelligent Welding software are amongst the many features packed into this exceptional machine. A hassle-free alternative to traditional soldering, this dedicated pulse welder works beautifully with most soft and precious metals, including platinum, gold and silver. Weld with ease and comfort, the 200i2 features a swing arm, 10” colour touch screen interface with a clear dual language display, and 5–10x magnifi cation microscope with darkening shutter- eye protection. Ideal for clasp repair, ring re-sizing, prong re-tipping, and many other universal applications. Requiring little workbench space, the Orion 200i2 measures approximately 12.4 x 12.4 x 68cm.
