Airmax 2200 Double Motor Polishing Floor Standing Machine

Fully enclosed powerful extraction polishing machine resulting in cleaner and safer polishing. Its main feature is its 2,200 CFM suction fan which gives out a huge 1,700 CFM after its 3 stage filtration programme. The main 1st stage filters are located at the back of the machine and are replaceable. The 2nd stage uses filtration pillows stored in the front compartment, along with the 3rd stage filtration panels. At the final stage the material collected in the filtration panels will be almost 100% recycled. As the polishing motor is completely encased, the operator will not be impregnated by any of the polishing particles created during the polishing process. The 0.75 Baldor motor can reach 3,450rpm and is double ended, allowing you to use two different polishing compounds at the same time without cross contamination and is kept permanently lubricated. As well as being an invaluable safety feature, the foot switch allows you to operate the machine hands free. Variable speed control gives you the option to adjust to suit your material for quicker polishing, there are twin lights for added visibility and two side draws for storing your polishing compound or mops. The scratch proof safety glass panels can easily be removed for cleaning. The Durston Airmax 2200 Double Polishing Motor offers forward and reverse motions, an emergency stop button on the front and near silent operation (65db). The dimensions of the polishing motor are 99 x 50 x 50cm and the total weight is 112kg.
