FIND YOURSELF IN RESEARCH THAT MATTERS


Think research is just for scientists? UW Arts & Sciences faculty in every discipline pursue leading-edge research—and often invite students to join them. Our undergrads have reviewed declassified CIA documents for human rights cases, helped preserve endangered languages, and designed an Xbox adaptive controller for people missing a limb. They have excavated a T-rex in Montana, identified new gene mutations in fruit flies, and searched for signs of life elsewhere in the Universe.
