The operator safely operates the CSR from the AquaTrack™ interface.
These systems are sold as turnkey solutions, proudly engineered, assembled, and tested in France before being installed and serviced worldwide.
Our Role in Investment Casting Aquarese joined Shape Technologies Group in 2016, getting access to tremendous sales and after sales support, which facilitated rapid expansion. During this period, Aquarese secured multiple orders in the growing investment casting market, which was seeking solutions to boost productivity to meet the ramp-up of new aero-engine programs, such as the LEAP.
Waterjet Blasting: Ceramic Shell & Core Removal.
The Aqualance™: Aquarese’s High Pressure waterjet rotary nozzle
In 2023, Aquarese presented at the EICF Conference in Bregenz, further explaining the physics behind automated robotic technology for ceramic shell and ceramic core removal using ultrahigh- pressure waterjet.
Looking Ahead
Aquarese plans to advance their mathematical models to better simulate the jet’s impact on the castings and simplify offline robot programming. They
also plan to
commercial efforts towards aero-engine and their diversification into the medical field, particularly targeting prosthetics
foundries. We take pride
in serving our continue their
advanced customers in demanding industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical industries. We are committed to the success of our turnkey systems. Additionally, we enhance operator safety and enable investment casting foundries to perform the de-shelling and de-coring in a cleaner, more environmentally friendly manner. Our ultrahigh-pressure waterjet technology replaces or significantly reduces the need for chemicals required for de-coring by leaching, and the water used in this process is recycled.
