Synopsis: Why Report Hazards? An inportant part of your job
SMS requires YOUR input in order to succeed.
You have the knowledge required to bring the Safety risks in your company to As Low As Reasonably Possible. (ALARP)
Anytime you experience a “near miss” (When an error on Your part or others almost results in an event) YOU must report it. All errors or “near misses” will be treated as “Learning Outcomes.”
Only Reckless errors will bring on possible discipline in order to ensure that it does not happen again.
