Ambassador Cruise Line unveils coach transfers to Tilbury
Ambassador Cruise Line has unveiled a regional coach transfer programme featuring 10 pick-up points across the UK for travel to London Tilbury. Te transfers are available on
nine sailings departing between January and March 2027, with prices starting from £70. Passengers can access the
service from Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, Cardiff and Portsmouth. Te transfers have been
introduced to provide guests with “a convenient and affordable way” to go on holiday, following trade and customer feedback that identified transport to the Essex port as “a potential barrier when booking winter sailings”. Nicola Harper, head of
distribution, said the adult-only cruise line would look to expand the programme year-round.

MSC launches summer 2028 schedule of 21 ex-UK sailings

MSC Cruises has unveiled a summer 2028 programme of 21 sailings aboard MSC Meraviglia from Southampton. MSC Meraviglia will operate sailings to destinations
including the Norwegian fords, northern Europe, France, Spain, Portugal, the Canary Islands and Morocco between May and October. Itineraries include seven, nine, 12 and 14-night
options, and bookings made by June 30 qualify for a £50 per person deposit and an early-booking 5% discount, with Voyagers Club members qualifying for an additional 5% saving. Prices start at £824 per person for a seven-night
cruise to France and Spain, departing on July 1. A special seven-night sailing to Cherbourg, Cork,
