Newmarket Holidays adds seven itineraries to festive collection
Escorted-tours specialist Newmarket Holidays has added seven options to its 2024-25 festive collection. Three of the additions expand
the operator’s UK portfolio: Christmas in Bristol, Bath & The Cotswolds; Christmas in Oxford; and Christmas in Yorkshire. Also new are The Little Trains
of the Pyrenees at Christmas; Dresden Christmas Markets; Christmas in the Black Forest; and Christmas in the Algarve. The festive range also includes
more tours featuring no single supplements. The four-night Christmas in
Bristol, Bath & The Cotswolds coach holiday, which is based at the Aztec Hotel & Spa near Bristol, costs from £969.

Coach specialist seeks agent partners for tailor-made tours

A new coach operator hopes to partner with agents across the UK to create tailor-made tours as part of a bid to secure half its sales from the trade. Loch Lomond Travel, which was launched by bus
company McGills Group last month, offers packaged coach holidays from Scotland. The company now plans to roll out bespoke tours, in
which agents UK-wide can take coach allocations of up to 53 passengers to sell to their databases. These can be tailored to local pick-up points and itineraries. Managing director Chris Bond, formerly of Tartan
Travel, Caledonian Travel and Barrhead Travel, said discussions were under way to sell its packages and its bespoke tours through agents. “We have an agreement with Ramsay World Travel and are engaging with industry professionals to enhance

JG Travel extends availability of coach breaks to see Abba Voyage
JG Travel Group has made coach breaks to see Abba Voyage in London available until November. Year-on- year trade bookings for the show during January and February doubled, making it the group’s top-selling ticketed event through agents. A two-day break starts at £249 including a night’s B&B, show ticket and transfers.
