EasyJet to start Cairo service from Luton


EasyJet has started selling flights to Cairo for the first time, with a route from Luton launching in October. Three flights a week will operate to the Egyptian capital throughout the year from October 31. On October 29, the airline will restart its service from Southend to Alicante. easyjet.com/en

Divi Aruba Finnair unveils service linking


Helsinki, Rovaniemi and Tromso A new ‘Arctic Express’ flight service connecting Helsinki, Rovaniemi and Tromso is being launched by Finnair. The winter route will be the only direct connection between Rovaniemi, Santa Claus’ hometown, and Tromso, the gateway to the northern lights. Travelski offers Eurostar travel to French resorts this winter

Ski specialist Travelski is offering packages with Eurostar’s service to the French Alps this winter. The service used to be direct but, from this winter,


passengers will change at Lille on to a different Eurostar train to continue their journey. Called Eurostar Snow, it runs from London to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, via Lille, for eight weekends from December 16. The Travelski Express packages depart on Saturday


mornings, returning a week later on the following Sunday, from December 30 to January 27, 2024. The packages offer eight nights of accommodation


to enable seven days of skiing, transfers and a seven-day lift pass. Travelski is offering the same resorts as previously,


with accommodation in Tignes, Val d’Isere, Val Thorens, Meribel, Brides-les-Bains, Courchevel,


Les Menuires, Les Arcs, La Plagne and La Rosiere. A stay in Pierre & Vacances Residence Le Belmont,


Arc 1800, costs £1,144, departing January 30, 2024. Elsewhere, a holiday in Résidence Les Temples du


Soleil, Val Thorens, departing January 13, 2024, is £773. Prices are per person, based on four adults sharing
