to northern Spain Vueling has added services from Heathrow to two destinations in northern Spain. Daily flights will run to Bilbao and Santiago de Compostela from March 30, increasing the airline’s UK capacity by 16%. Vueling already operates 26 weekly flights from Gatwick to both destinations.

Titan Travel director praises firm’s cruise-and-stay holiday

Titan Travel’s trade distribution director, Shane Lewis-Riley, has hailed the success of the operator’s new cruise-and-stay holiday combining Brazil, Argentina and Antarctica. The 20-day Antarctica Expedition Cruise with a tour
to Rio and Iguazu Falls costs £10,995, including flights. “We are constantly introducing new itineraries. We
have a new Antarctica expedition itinerary with Rio and Iguazu Falls that’s doing phenomenally well,” Lewis- Riley told a Travel Weekly webcast. The holiday starts with flights to Rio de Janiero,
where clients take a city tour that includes Corcovado and Sugarloaf mountains, before flying to Iguazu Falls. Clients fly on to Buenos Aires and then Ushuaia to
board HX Hurtigruten Expeditions’ hybrid-powered expedition ship Fridtjof Nansen to cruise to Antarctica.

EasyJet holidays increases Toot
roadshows to reach more agents EasyJet holidays is increasing its Team Orange on Tour (Toot) roadshows to 16 this year, up from 11 in 2024. The operator’s trade team will visit nine new locations to network with agents in untapped areas. The first event is in Norwich (March 25), followed by Milton Keynes (March 26) and Leicester (March 27).
