Celebrity’s river arm reveals 2028 sailings
Celebrity River Cruises has put 160 itineraries for 2028 on sale. Celebrity ships Compass, Seeker, Wanderer, Roamer and Boundless are due to have joined the fleet by that time, with plans to have 20 vessels by 2031. Sample lead-in prices start at £2,152 for a six-night Danube cruise from Nuremberg to Vienna.

Virgin Voyages unveils 23 southern Caribbean sailings in 2027-28
Virgin Voyages has put southern Caribbean sailings on sale for winter 2027-28. Scarlet Lady will operate 23
cruises across 12 itineraries from San Juan, Puerto Rico, between October 2027 and April 2028. The cruises range from six to
12 nights in duration, with ports of call in Aruba, Curaçao, Barbados, Saint Lucia, Antigua, Sint Maarten, Dominica and Tortola. A series of Southern Caribbean
& Aruban Nights voyages will feature late stays in Aruba, as well as special Christmas and New Year voyages. Lead-in fares start at £1,697 per cabin for a six-night southern Caribbean cruise on January 2, 2028. A highlighted voyage is the
first transatlantic crossing by the 2,770-passenger vessel, which will depart from Barcelona on October 31, 2027, for San Juan.

Star Clippers is introducing 24 new ports of call across the Mediterranean for summer 2027. The new ports – a record number of additions for
the tall-ship cruise line – span Greece, Spain, Turkey, Croatia, France and Albania. They include Astypalea, Pighadia, Gavrio, Chania,
Skyros and Parga in Greece; Çeşme, Datça, Kaa, Kekova and Fethiye in Turkey; Roses, Barcelona and Peniscola in Spain; Menton in France; Trogir and Korcula in Croatia; and Sarande in Albania. Some destinations, such as Symi and Kastellorizo
in Greece, are making a return after a multi-year hiatus, reflecting customers’ desire for smaller ports of call. The summer 2027 sailing programme runs from
April to November, with Royal Clipper, Star Clipper and Star Flyer also returning to some of the line’s most popular destinations, such as ports along the Amalfi

New ship Crystal Grace to feature luxury line’s first Owner’s Suite
Crystal will introduce the luxury line’s first Owner’s Suite on board upcoming new ship Crystal Grace, due to set sail in June 2028. The suite will be located at the rear of the ship and measure 181 square metres. It will be complemented by a 182sq m veranda with a private hot tub, outdoor shower and dining area.
