Sandals and Beaches to host weekly series of training webinars


Sandals and Beaches Resorts has started a series of weekly training webinars to help agents learn about sales tips and destinations. The 15-minute Sandals in the


Spotlight webinars will be hosted by the brands’ UK sales team at 11am on Wednesdays until May. Each webinar will cover


a different topic about the all-inclusive Caribbean resort group and provide details about the islands on which Sandals and Beaches Resorts are located. Topics for March’s webinars


include Jamaica, Beaches Resorts, the eastern Caribbean, and selling and marketing tips. Webinars in April and May will


cover scuba diving, Sesame Street at Beaches Resorts, Island Routes Adventure Tours, Saint Lucia, Sandals Royal Barbados, Sandals Curacao and Sandals Ochi Beach. The webinars will be


promoted on the Selling Sandals For Agents trade Facebook page each Monday.

ITC creates digital asset library to facilitate agents’ marketing

ITC Travel Group has launched an online portal to support agents with their marketing plans. The luxury operator is offering agents a digital asset


library where they can retrieve marketing materials for products and services provided by the group’s brands. The portal, available to ITC’s agent partners, offers


images, videos, brochures and offers in one place. The assets are non-branded so that agents can use


them for their own marketing on their social media channels or on the shop floor. The unbranded videos feature inspirational footage


of destinations worldwide to help agents close a sale. The portal has been designed to enable agents to


easily download resources for brands within the ITC Travel Group, including Inspiring Travel Company,


Saga plans Cultural Odyssey tours on art, ballet, history, music and more

Saga is to launch a range of Cultural Odyssey tours “designed for the serious enthusiast”. Tours and cruises on themes such as art, astronomy, ballet, history and music will be accompanied by an expert lecturer and feature talks, performances and visits.
