Das Europäische Cyberkriminalitätszentrum (EC3) von Europol hat als Teil seiner Mission, Informationen zur weltweiten Verhinderung von Cyberkriminalität mit Industrie und Strafverfolgungsbehörden zu teilen, eine Absichtserklärung über NTT Security unterzeichnet. Die Erklärung defi niert einen Rahmen für den Austausch strategischer Threat Intelligence mit Bezug auf Cyber-Sicherheitstrends und bewährte Verfahren. CONNECTED DEVICES NEXT EUROPE TARGET


Europe’s cyber criminal circles are actively discussing new ways to compromise a range of connected devices, and how to leverage these devices for moneymaking scams. Trend Micro research analysed forums in the English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic language-based underground markets to determine how malicious agents plan to attack and monetise connected devices. The most advanced criminal markets are Russian- and Portuguese-speaking forums, Trend reports.
