uardian Building Systems has launched Guardian Home Extension — a revolutionary
offsite solution for domestic extensions. n addition to proiding the eibility and thermal performance needed for modern homes, its simple construction allows it to be built up to fie times faster than traditional brick and block approaches, giving you the space your
home needs as soon as you need it. The system combines the Guardian
Warm Wall fabricated from structural insulated panels (SIPs), with the popular Guardian Warm Roof system. This creates a highly insulated structure which can achieve U-values of 0.18 W/ mk with a much slimmer construction than traditional cavity walls. This can help to increase the useable oor space within a typical m m etension by up to 20%, giving you more room to lie play or work. ll the elements are manufactured offsite to each project’s bespoke reuirements ensuring the highest uality and limiting the need for onsite adjustments and waste.
