This year will see a ramping up of activity on new platforms of engagement, significant programmes of change and the application of new approaches and tools.


The Construction Accord will be launched during this business year and the actions in the Construction Recovery Plan are well underway. The Construction Quality Improvement Collaborative (CQIC) programme is in motion, as is the programme work on Transforming the Value of Consultancy, and the work to develop a strategy for modern methods of construction for the delivery of affordable homes. A new online infrastructure investment forecast database will be ready for launch early in the year.
