In the coming year we will continue to work with public sector partners on the pipeline of surplus assets across Scotland to deliver capital receipts and wider outcomes aligned to our corporate priorities such as economic investment in places, delivering inclusive growth and housing.

We will also engage with public bodies on their longer- term plans to disinvest in property, identifying opportunities to further priority agendas such as the reuse of public sector assets under the investment hierarchy set out in Scottish Government’s Infrastructure Investment Plan.

Through our collaboration with partner organisations, we will provide commercial support on specific major asset disposals and strategic sites, aimed at unlocking their potential to deliver economic growth and furthering the creation of resilient and sustainable communities.
