‘I wanted to implement a training program for current staff and new staff starting. I looked around for months looking for a module-based program that would give them more in-depth knowledge than an induction would provide and that they could work on their own.
From the demo presentation scheduled with Beverley it was clear to see a lot of work had gone into developing the platform, with lots of modules that covers the specialised areas in decontamination.
Staff in the department have been using the platform for over 6 months now and have all said the layout is user friendly and that all information is relevant within decontamination. I have now incorporated the training platform in the quality manual where this will be used on new staff starting after their induction program has been completed’.
